Members can pay dues via their preferred method—credit card, automatic ACH draft, or scheduled recurring payments (monthly, quarterly, annually). We link securely to your Stripe account so funds are directly deposited into the association’s bank account.

No. We do not charge extra fees or commissions based on the amount or frequency of dues payments. Standard convenience fees for credit card processing may apply, but they are transparent and passed through directly — no hidden markup.

PayMyDues uses industry-standard encryption, PCI compliance, and secure tokenization to protect payment data. All transactions are audited and reconciled so both the association and homeowner see accurate, transparent records.

If a scheduled payment fails, the system will send an automated notification to the homeowner and retry per configured rules. The association can also configure delinquencies (late fees, reminders) as part of their rules. Reports on failed, pending, and late payments are always available for review.
